We offer a progressive training
program. All horses in training
are first taught basic obedience
and voice commands. This
progresses to longe and
long-line training. Once the
horse understands voice cues in
these situations, they are ready
to go under saddle. Depending
upon the horse, this process
could take approximately one
month.
Once training under saddle has
begun, care is taken to introduce
the basic dressage concepts of
relaxation, rhythm, and
straightness. It is our goal to
make every horse confident and
balanced under saddle.
